This week marks an exciting and pivotal moment for the Seattle Seahawks as they gear up for the NFC Championship! The stakes have never been higher, with a coveted spot in the Super Bowl hanging in the balance at Lumen Field. The Seahawks are set to face off against the Los Angeles Rams, the only team to have previously triumphed in a playoff game held at Seattle’s current stadium. Let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itself for a third time!

So, who do you think will emerge victorious—the Seahawks or the Rams? We invite you to predict the score margin based on whether Seattle or LA wins by one possession or more.

Additionally, we’re curious about your thoughts on the turnover battle in this crucial game. Statistically, these two teams have shown remarkable similarities in terms of points scored and yards gained. However, when it comes to turnovers, the advantage clearly lies with the Rams. They hold a +6 turnover margin over the two previous encounters, with Sam Darnold being responsible for nearly all of the Seahawks’ turnovers. As I discussed in my national column for SBNation.com (https://www.sbnation.com/nfl-playoffs/1100722/nfl-playoffs-2026-turnover-regression-theme-statistics), Seattle experienced a positive shift in their turnover situation against the San Francisco 49ers, while the Rams have been fortunate to avoid any negative regression during their last few games.

Under head coach Mike Macdonald’s leadership, the Seahawks boast an impressive record of 11-0 when they maintain a positive turnover margin, 10-2 when the turnovers are equal, and 4-8 when they find themselves at a disadvantage. It’s no secret that teams often struggle when they give the ball away more than their opponents. Interestingly, the Seahawks have managed a 3-2 record this season even when their turnover differential is -1 or worse. While that’s not a trend you'd want to rely on too frequently, it emphasizes the critical need for Sam Darnold and the offense to protect the football. On the defensive side, Seattle’s solitary takeaway against the Rams this year came from a rare fumble by Puka Nacua. Matthew Stafford has yet to be intercepted or sacked, but he has displayed some inconsistency this postseason and has been fortunate to have only committed one turnover in the past couple of weeks.

What will ultimately define this matchup? Will the turnover margin favor the Seahawks, the Rams, or will it remain even?
